All investments and capitals are by the Promoters. No loan has been taken from any financial institution or private establishment. No mortgage has been done on any of its asset by the firm. No cash credit has ever been availed by the company from any financial institution. No hypothecation has been done by the company and in short no liability is on the company.
All statutory payment like, Excise, Sales Tax, CST, PF, ESI and all other taxes and levies of the company have been fully paid till current month. There is no liability on company.
Even service payments like electricity bills and telephone bills have been paid for the previous month and every payment is upto date.
