Ashvin Shah, born in 1957 is a self-made entrepreneur. He completed his under graduate studies in Commerce from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India, in March 1980 and entered the real estate and building construction business in a small way in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He pursued this activity till 1985.

In 1986, he launched himself in a big way as a builder and developer of real estate in Baroda (a Chemical and Pharmaceutical hub of Gujarat, India) on a turnkey basis. This venture involved a list of very critical activities like purchasing land, preparing various layouts and building plans, preparing details of infrastructure like electricity, drainage, water supply, street lights, road, etc., getting the estimates prepared, appointing and dealing with professionals like architects, structural engineers, chartered accounts, advocates, solicitors and many other small and big related activities. Mrs.Vandana Shah, wife of Ashvin Shah, holds a Diploma in Architectural assistantship from Ahmedabad, and this duo makes a very formidable business force in their growing empire.
